for the season. I am sad to see it go but plan on keeping it up at the gym. I like to think that because I am so bad at it, it will be really good for me to do/show a lot more results. Now I am off to do the longest run I have done since I hurt my leg in the Spring.

I did a 5(5 x 1) light run–I was happy I was able to get it in because it was storming at great deal as I walked home. Big run on Sat!

we somehow missed the signal for the runner start and instead started with the walkers which basically made the run an obstacle course and had no chance of beating my PR. It was a fun race and a great cause though so no complaints. On to 10k training!
